1 July 2016 - Happy Canada Day, my friends! Our traditional celebration for the first day of July is to remain at the lake, and enjoy the view. You may have trouble making sense of this photograph's background, but I am sitting next to our lake, which is reflecting the sky. So I get a merger of above and below without so much as tilting my head. It is understandable why I am where I am. Plus there is the side benefit of all the creatures drawn to the spot where excess seeds spill to the ground. My ring-side seat tops anything television can offer, and on a 180-degree screen. If only I had eyes in the back of my head.
