19 October 2017 - I am a huge fan of Mother Nature, but I must admit that through a fine-meshed screen she looks even better. Without the distractions of blood-suckers and creepy-crawlies, I am free to chill to her green nuances. The temperatures here are still within my acceptable range, although I am noticing a very slight difference at sunrise... I hope that the trend doesn't continue. Also the migratory beeps are back in the vicinity: it is that time of year to abandon the hinterlands. What does it say about my peeps that I had to point out this little detail?
