17 October 2017 - An effective office manager should be in the midst of activity without impeding productivity. My peeps spend considerable time in these environs, which means I do as well. I like to think my presence boosts morale, and keeping an eye on things does require my boots on the ground. I am an over-achiever, so I put my belly on the ground as well. Our two business locations differ widely in personality, and each has aspects to recommend it, e.g., here the thermostat is set higher, there I have a window.
