Me-ow-my-oh!See

Me-usings and Me-emories

6 December 2017 - See, I am not hallucinating:  there really is a tiny beep that visits our window.  Is it lost, is it lonely?  Its aggressive behavior is not the sort of thing to win over friends.  It throws itself against the glass, a frenzy of wings and pecking.  If I were to assign it an emotion, it would be anger.  Our two species are best kept separated, so I mostly find its actions amusing and, on a slow morning, entertaining.  Just to get a reaction, I sometimes lunge at it, but it is unperturbed.  I have to admire something that small possessing that much chutzpah.

word of the day - nonpussed, disconcerted to the point of being unsure how to react (yep, not a puss)
