30 December 2017 - A good night's rest really does produce positive results.  This morning I am feeling more myself, and even more, to my surprise, in the holiday spirit.  We can all find, if we thoroughly search, a reason to feel joy and, more importantly, a reason to express joy.  Cats aren't known for being warm and cuddly creatures... which just means that our emotions are subtly expressed.  So trust me when I say that I am delighted to be back in my home, around familiar sights and sounds and smells.  For the record, I am not delighted with the ambient temperature.  Did Santa forget to shut the door on his way out?
