18 December 2017 - There is a lot of unusual behavior today, so I am keeping a safe distance from my peeps.  It began last night when I spotted suitcases stuffed with clothing.  Then this morning the taller peep popped out of bed, hours before his normal rising time.  I am now 100% suspicious.  Should my instincts turn out to be overly sensitive (and I will know this if the three of us are still here when the sun sets), then I will tamp my paranoia and return to my normal routine.  In the meantime I am watching from a hiding place, with a backup haven in mind... just in case.  I hate holidays!
