a catchy little attune

Shamus on view

Me-usings and Me-emories

6 Oct 2021 - As the sun makes its journey, so do my warm spots.  I have very cleverly worked their arc into my patrol, so that my route begins in rooms that greet the sunrise.  Not only does this adjustment keep me warmer, but it also keeps the interlopers guessing:  where is the sentry now?  If I were a long-haired version of my species, I could further confuse the enemy:  who is that sentry?  Sweating would be a new sensation for me.  Rather than beads on the brow, we cats shed excess heat through our two auricles and the pads of our feet.  What a concept, excess heat!

  1. hopefully in another week or so, you will be back in the land of warm and the screened porch! Hopefully the DeLand interlopers won't have set up shop within the perimeter in your absence
