Me-usings and Me-emories
7 Nov 2021 - I don't quite understand all the peep dithering when it comes to time: the sun rises, the sun sets, one lines up his activities accordingly. Regardless of what number is assigned the halfway point in the sun's journey across the sky, that moment does neatly divide the span into two parts. Language assigns a name to the early half and the later half. But all this weighing and classifying does not add one more minute to the day's length. The sun rises, the sun sets. If you want more light at the "end" of your day or if you wish to rise with the sun, then you need to shift your life accordingly. It doesn't require agreement among the masses.
Today's Catechism
(for the autodidcat)
One makes time
for the important stuff.
