18 May 2022 - What better way to set the tone than to begin the day with treats?  And no disparaging thoughts about their presentation:  sometimes I like them served on a saucer, and sometimes I prefer them au naturel... such as this morning.  My ancestors didn't plate their food, nor did they fork morsels into their maws.  It is true that I am a far distance from those ancients, but in many ways civilization is just a veneer over barbarity (and many of you peep readers may be nodding your heads in agreement).  Who knows, tomorrow I may wish these breakfast tidbits raised above the floor?
