6 May 2022 - I can get quite carried away while playing:  a switch is flipped in my head, and the eyes narrow and the claws extend... and then just as suddenly I return to my silly self.  The shorter peep, perhaps from past experiences with my kind, knows to watch out for her fingers when red thoughts fill my mind.  In this crazed state a stuffed creature on a string becomes alive and must be knocked senseless, a peep hand becomes an alien interloper that I have to tackle and maul.  It is quite a personality shift for me, normally gentle and cautious.  Inside my Clark Kent jacket, surprise-surprise, hides a superhero cape.
