Me-usings and Me-emories
1 Sep 2022 - Yesterday's goal was to stay above water, so I chose an elevated cushion as my nap spot. Situated in our office, high and dry from the insistent rain, it allowed me to quietly manage business doings without intruding into my peeps' personal space. Between their body heat and the warmth produced by the various equipment, this room dealt best with the humidity's chill. I also might retreat to this chair in the middle of the night, well after business hours, just to be lulled by the machinery's whirr (and to remain nearby but out of the way of flip-flopping bedfellows).
