Me-usings and Me-emories
1 Sep 2023 - My peeps say that summer is officially over... I don't like the sound of that! Perhaps that is why Mr. Sol's influence on the day's warmth is waning. But my complaining won't up the temperature a single degree, so I will have to get creative, don my thinking cap (strictly a metaphor). If either of my peeps attempted to wrap me up, I would balk, skedaddle, but if I crawl under a handy cushion then life is good... we are funny creatures. And in this case, warmer... which is why I'll continue to burrow, like the furry interlopers I've observed preparing for the worst.

smart kitty! it will be a while before there is much feline burrowing down here in Florida...snuggling, but much more measured, as there is no shortage of warmth!
