heads up

Shamus on view

Me-usings and Me-emories

18 Apr 2024 - Possibly the reason I claimed this space as my office is because I'm the only one who can squeeze in.  Definitely too cramped for my peeps, it still affords me a close-up of our business workings.  I can observe without being obvious... and of course employee behavior is very different when under the microscope.  So I blend into the woodwork, and take note of how things are being handled and any issues that I as manager should address.  I consider myself lucky to have a staff that purrs along, allowing me time to think executive thoughts.

  1. Employees often behave differently when they forget the manager is there!
