Me-usings and Me-emories

9 Apr 2024 - Against a complimentary background, one can admire the delicate pinkness of my nose and paw pads.  There are examples of my kind that aren't so favored, but as I was born with this configuration I can't gloat too much.  Peeps could learn a few pointers from us cats in how to relax.  We are never oblivious to our surroundings (too dangerous), yet enjoy the benefits of deep meditation.  The upshot is that I am aware of what my two are doing, can hear everything they say, but choose to mostly ignore them... unless they yelled (it wouldn't even have to be "fire") and then I'm skedaddling, eyes wide open.
