4 Apr 2024 - When my senses are overwhelmed with input, I normally find a quiet, secure spot to wait out the assault. Yesterday's weather, although the shorter peep had spoken of worse, was a noisy affair, and made my personal screened porch unenjoyable. The narrow space between table and chair made a cozy retreat... I may have even managed a nap. Not only are we now wet but also a bit chilled... Mr. Sol needs to turn up the heat.

Archy and Hitty kept going out when the rain eased, getting wet, and then coming back in....they then dried their paws on me!
