1 Apr 2024 - No need to adjust your monitor settings:  the photograph's background is in sharp focus, but I am on the move.  No doubt something has rustled or thunked nearby, and I must interrupt my work break to ascertain the cause.  As is often the case, a false alarm was the culprit... but I don't want to suppose if that were not so.  Plus the shorter peep had just joined me on my personal screened porch, and I wanted to welcome her (sometimes she bears treats).  The weather could not possibly be more inviting to spend time outdoors.
