footing the bill

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

3 June 2014 - It's a shapely leg, don't you think?  Not an ounce of tension is registered:  we cats know how to relax.  As a composition I particularly like the diagonal line, suggesting a demure model and adding interest to the dominant verticality.  Wasn't it Betty Grable that insured her gams for $1,000,000 (and that was back in the 40s)?  Fred Astaire had more valuable assets, IMO, as he was striking the boards well into his 50s and single-handedly defined how dance is filmed.  In recognition of Top Hat we tuxedos continue to sport our spats..  The result is dated but always elegant...so why won't Lloyds of London return my calls?
