26 April 2018 - Some days one wonders, "why arise?"  Honestly I don't have a good answer to that one... unless the bed is uncomfortable, I don't see a compelling reason.  There are numerous photos that document me elsewhere, even sitting up, so obviously I can elect to do something besides snooze.  And within that sentence is an important clarifier:  "elect".  If I need to sleep in, I do.  When I am ready to stir, I do.  I highly recommend the simple life.
