11 April 2018 - We rose to a nippy morning, so I had to resort to wintertime habits... and curl up in a handy drawer of clothes.  The incandescent light makes me look warmer than I actually was.  But I survived the start of the day and subsequently was rejuvenated by an abundance of afternoon sunshine.  I am a huge fan or Mr. Sol, and keenly feel his occasional absence.  How do creatures survive months and months of gray??  I realize that through sheer chance I was born in a subtropical zone, at a latitude where the nights never last an entire day... and I can't thank Bastet enough.
