16 April 2018 - A Monday morning featuring sunshine is a mixed blessing, but I'll take the improved weather any day. Yesterday's bluster swept some branches into the yard, but otherwise we managed the storm. I keep forgetting (probably because I don't want to remember) that spring is a series of forward steps with occasional movement in the opposite direction. Even so I am grumbling about the reversal of temperatures. Do I need to request another heated towel today? There are peeps that thrill to the ups and downs of a roller-coaster, but warm monotony is perfectly acceptable to this fellow.
