Shamus on view

Me-usings and Me-emories

8 March 2021 - I suppose it is fortunate that abundant sunshine is not a daily constant, as the world would grow accustomed to its presence and not realize how marvelous sitting in its warmth is.  True, I riff a grumble over my purr drone when temperatures drop, and I don't attempt to mute my dissonance at a gray sky. But do I not make a joyful noise on a beautiful day!  The peeps feel similarly, based on their body English:  hunched under extra clothing when it's chilly, springing about on bare feet otherwise.  And how serendipitous that I would enter the world where the snow doesn't fall!  For all my dislike of travel, I would definitely have to pack up my toys and head south, were that otherwise.
