18 Jan 2022 - Am I interrupting anything?  Sometimes being the only feline on the premises has its drawbacks (but not often).  There are certain playtime activities that are a challenge with just one participant.  One has to have a very active imagination, for example, to make chase work.  So in these moments of boredom I seek out a peep, to see if he/she is amenable to silly diversion.  And sometimes they are... bounding after me or jigging my toy-on-a-string or throwing a wadded paper in my direction.  I don't interpret these actions as a convenient means to get rid of me... at least their expressions aren't registering annoyance.  Besides who wouldn't want to engage with my cute face?
