15 Apr 2022 - The shorter peep caused me consternation yesterday:  in the midst of a nap, I heard her voice... coming from below me!  Not sure how this arrangement could possibly happen, I scooted back inside... only the taller peep, engrossed in whatever it is he does at the office, could be seen.  Naturally I needed to know the answer, so I ventured back to my inside porch... and there she was, between the boards at my feet.  The gaps are too small to even allow a paw, so I had not explored what lay beneath me.  It's a good day when you learn something new, and discover there remain mysteries in the world.
