8 Apr 2022 - A good night's (plus afternoon) sleep has restored my discombobulation, and I am once again my zipping-about self.  Burning calories requires consuming calories, so breakfast is both needed and appreciated.  This cat orders the same dish, morning after morning, and prefers it that way.  A regular routine gives structure and requires less thought about unimportant parts of my day.  Chowing down on familiar food lets me plan my patrol route without distracting thoughts, such as "what has she put in my bowl?" and "do I like the taste of this stuff?" and "why can't I have my other kibble?".
