7 Jul 2022 - Some of you will appreciate today's update to my sun-room experience: a cushion has appeared on my ledge! You can imagine my surprise (I would have reacted better had I been forewarned), when I leaped to my window spot... to find this beneath my paws. I quickly side-stepped, gave it a quick sniff, and jumped down... I had to process this new thing, good or bad or meh. But as this photo documents, I have accepted the change, my bony form grateful for a bit of padding. An added bonus is that it ups my elevation, giving me a sharper sightline of interloper approach... as long as I can dismount without fracturing something, higher is better.
