8 Dec 2022 - The shorter peep tells me that she and the taller one used to award "best of glow" awards to local residences. I can't imagine what could surpass my patch of sunshine for warmth and general good cheer. I lay here as long as Mr. Sol persisted, and then like any good thing it ended. But long after this spot yielded to darkness, I was emanating heat from the divine exposure. It takes real effort to grumble when one is in such a happy state... so why bother with the negativity. Although I'm not conscious of my internal noises, surely I was purring away.
