2 Feb 2023 - It may not appear that I'm chowing down, but that imagery isn't too far off as I drink in this glorious sunshine.  If only my black coat could store all this extra heat for those mornings (days) when Mr. Sol isn't up to par.  Perhaps somewhere in the long view of the big picture my species evolves into a more efficient repository.  "Warm-blooded" simply means that the possessor converts food into warmth but that conversion has its limits.  I'd like my paws and ears to be as toasty as my core... how hard could that be??
