1 Mar 2023 - Stealthy Shamus... but it is the goal of my job to go unnoticed, the better to surprise those interlopers.  With so little rainfall of late, our pond is a popular gathering spot for beeps during the day, and everything else during the dark hours.  Just last night I watched a culprit dump the beep seeds onto the ground and then gobble them up.  I'm fairly certain the peeps designate those seeds as food for the beeps, not for the reeps or squeeps... but they all lay claim to those treats.  I can't really fault them as I look forward to my daily treats as well.
