5 Nov 2023 - It is probably best that my peeps and I don't speak the same language:  the less said, the fewer regrets.  My body language certainly should convey that "I am waiting... again".  And eventually things will get done, but certainly not as quickly as I would like.  Maybe it is payback for all those times (I am imagining a thought bubble over the shorter peep's head) I deliberated (for three minutes, she would claim) over one of her suggestions.  I don't know why I expect clearer communication:  even among my own kind, misunderstandings arise (a meow mistaken for "mine") and fur flies.
