12 Nov 2023 - If I must wait, I might as well be comfortable. The shorter peep should be heading down soon for my midday treats (and her meal), and I don't intend to keep her waiting. Besides the interlopers have been taken care of, for the moment, and there isn't anything more pressing that I should handle. I could have followed her up another flight of stairs, paced loops around her chair, but a cat never wants to seem too eager... it just isn't a cool image.
