7 Jul 2026 - I am always happy/relieved to see life return to the inert bodies of my two peeps.  I keep guard until they are able to defend themselves, but that is a huge responsibility for a ten-pound cat.  It is why I continue to practice my glare (and my skedaddle), should I be outsized.  I've heard tales of my kind ordering around dim deeps four times their weight.  The image brings an inner grin (but then they aren't called dim deeps for nothing).  Thankfully our domicile consists of me and my two:  throw another into the mix and the dynamic would become unbalanced.
