16 December 2013 - Let the good times resume! I thought that perhaps the Grinch had stolen my peeps, but they slipped into the house last night, tinged with faintly recognizable scents, and offered no explanation for their absence. I am not a grudge-holder, so we have resumed our comfortable routine as if nothing untoward had occurred...docking their pay will be a sufficient response. I am pleased to see them as our domicile is too large for just me alone, and unfortunately I do require assistance in turning on faucets and opening doors. It would be a pain to break in another pair of helpers. "Did you bring me back something?"
