Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

26 April 2016 - Can you read my thoughts? (Stay tuned tomorrow.)  I would never excel at poker with such a wide-open face.  This pause captures my inner struggle:  do I act my age or yield to the impulse?  It is this very temptation that derails lots of kits, and is abetted by such statements as "you only live once"....which in our case is false, but you get the gist.  After all, acting on one's emotions gives us road rage and Darwin awards... entertaining only in the abstract.  There is a reason that we have developed reasoning:  it increases the likelihood that we'll make it to maturity (and perhaps generate more examples of thinkers).  The problem is "why not?" is so tempting.
