Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

12 April 2016 - As a diehard carnivore, I don't have much use for plants.  I turn to greens as an emetic when my stomach is unhappy, but otherwise they are largely ignored.  If prodded to consider their role in the world, I will admit a plant's usefulness as ground cover, a hunter's blind, a territory marker...playing a small but supportive role in my life.  But things which remain stationary do not hold a cat's attention for long.  Yes, I admit to taking the earth's flora for granted, but I seriously doubt that my callousness has hurt this bromeliad's feelings.
