Me-usings and Me-emories
9 August 2018 - It is nigh impossible to know another's thoughts. We only kid ourselves when we think otherwise. For example, how would a peep, even one who has lived with me for fourteen years, know what I find desirable? It would never occur to the taller peep to stretch along the sofa's top edge for his nap. Rather he prefers the expanse of the lower cushions, and it is a choice I understand. But since there is competition for the conventional sitting area, I elect the less-likely-to-be-occupied, and just as cat-comfortable, upper back...with its thirty-inch height advantage.
