Me-usings and Me-emories

31 March 2019 - To be a good leader requires more than heading the pack.  Charisma as well as a grasp of peep psychology greatly increase one's effectiveness.  To realize where the audience is in their understanding, to see an elegant (i.e., simple and direct) path that will give them a "eureka" moment, and to then guide at a pace that doesn't lose them or bore them.  It is sufficient reward to be present when the goal is reached, and grins break out.  In my years as peep manager I have also learned that occasionally one must look back to see if they have wandered off into another room.
