25 March 2019 - Monday can be a very stressful day:  after a relaxing, self-directed weekend, jumping into the fray, to the beat of another's drum, taxes the head and heart.  My advice, take it or leave it, is to do a slow merge.  As office manager I would never grouse if my charges started Monday late (but of course ended it late as well) or took a long lunch break (ditto).  It is all about getting the work done and keeping office morale high... and cutting rations and berating employees is definitely not how to do it.
