10 Jul 2023 - Am I in or out? And what do those words mean when the connecting portal is ajar? The one sure statement is that I am where I want to be: in a comfy chair, looking out upon my personal deck. Of late my nights have been busier than usual, due, I suspect, to the inundation that has driven interlopers into our domicile in search of a dry haven. The two peeps are active during the day, and their very presence (and size) is something of a deterrent to trespassers, giving me an opportunity to catch up on my interrupted sleep.
