23 Mar 2024 - Sometimes I think it would be nice to live in a cardboard box... a spacious box, mind you, with portals giving nice views of what lies around the box.  The simple geometry - four sides, a bottom and a top - would make my job so much easier... where would the interlopers hide except in plain sight?  Yes, it's true that I would really like a cushion in at least one of its corners... and from there the arrangement loses its simplicity.  After all the peeps must have somewhere to sit (getting up and down from the floor isn't straight-forward), and they'll want their gizmos... and soon the box is full and the interlopers have moved in when no one was looking.
