30 Mar 2024 - I have seen the shorter peep sit here and warble while strange hollow sounds emanated seemingly from this piece of furniture.  It was a strange experience, one that doesn't occur very often, and I hang out along the perimeter when it does.  My sitting on the same piece of furniture, alone, doesn't have the same effect, so clearly a peep is required.  I seldom use my voice:  although a happy purrer, sometimes (when especially elated) an exuberant meower, I keep the volume low... it's what an introvert would do.
