30 Oct 2024 - Is it safe to come out?  Another evening of strange peeps!  I do hope this intrusion is not becoming the norm, as hours of alien voices distorted by wall and glass is nerve-fraying... although I am most grateful for the physical barriers separating me from them  Eventually life settles back to our comfy trio, but I never know when that will occur so every bump and cough and laugh pushes me further under the bed.  And then quiet descends and the shorter peep serves my evening meal and I am cautiously back in my groove.
