24 Oct 2024 - We cats favor high perches as they give us good surveillance angles and a wide panorama.  Detractors might opine that our choices reflect a high opinion of ourselves (I wisely ignore these peeps).  I couldn't imagine either of my two napping on this ledge, but it is plenty wide for things my size (but could benefit from a cushion).  Sometimes I start my day here, espying the shorter peep when she emerges for first meal, sometimes I end the day on the ledge while the peeps are nearby, hunched over a game board.  Mix it up, I say.
