1 Oct 2024 - The sharp-eyed among my readers will notice the different look of my personal screened deck:  where has the furniture gone??  I like the unblocked view, but I definitely don't like the change... and what the change forebodes.  It is true that my peeps have ceased eating their meals out there, their finding, as I do, that the recent temperatures don't encourage a lengthy stay... but I fear something else is afoot.  There is a suggestion of a memory, but alas I can't dredge up the particulars... and that is worrying.
