22 Oct 2024 - Mr. Sol doesn't visit my restricted personal screened porch, but then neither does the rain.  So unless the foul weather is especially noisy, I can enjoy a work break enveloped in the sounds of falling water.  As a rule I can expect less interloper activity during a storm:  they hunker down to wait it out, and so I can likewise hunker down.  Here at our southerly domicile inclement weather is short-lived:  precipitation has its moment, then sunshine quickly returns, if only to steam the place up.
