26 October 2014 - I pretend that I am unaware of the pudgy remarks, so, no, despite everything that you might think, this spot is not my favorite...even though it is where my food bowl is located.  The shorter peep thinks that I should get exercise even when I show up for a meal, so she places my kibble three feet above the floor.  But three feet is just a click of the heels for me, and besides I prefer taking my sustenance above the fray.  I like my little alcove just off a thoroughfare...all the better to keep a paw on the pulse of the household, while seeming focused on my next bite.  Purrfecto!
