10 October 2014 - My forepaws give me away in this shot. From personal experience I have learned that possession is everything, so I have staked an early claim to the rug that appeared yesterday. It is comfortable enough, though I would prefer a deeper pile...something that I could get my claws into...but I have the surrounding woods should I need to scratch that itch. Just before this picture was taken the shorter peep and I met for breakfast here, so the implied lethargy is just my time-out for rumination.
