26 January 2018 - On the national stage, an open-door policy isn't currently very popular.  However, I am an ardent supporter of entry and exit freed from the tyranny of the "pet door".  There may be devotees among my kind of this help-yourself portal, but I don't know any.  We cats are just too dignified to push ourselves through... it aligns with party-crashing, and we definitely are not desirous of barging in and having all eyes turn to stare, eyebrows arched in disdain.  On the other hand, if the door is opened for us, then we can be certain that it is what the universe wants.  It is an important distinction.
