29 January 2018 - I hope that your Sunday afternoon was as satisfying as mine:  pleasant temperatures, house windows open, phone strangely quiet.  The shorter peep joined me briefly, but then no one should compete in (and expect to win) a snoozing contest with a cat.  A restful, reflective Sunday is truly the way to handle a Monday with minimal stress.  If you have really done your weekend homework, you might even coast into Tuesday on all those good vibes.  Trust me... I have done the research.
