4 January 2018 - Well, the good news is that the sun is shining brightly... and I think that might exhaust the good news, so I'll change the subject.  These are the steps that lead to our office, and situated as I am, I control entry and exit.  Picture identification is not required, nor an agreed-upon password, rather you must pass my nose and gut instincts.  This sensory combination isn't something that can be packaged and mass-marketed, so my services are quite unique and quite desirable... priceless in other words.  Yet I offer it to my peeps gladly.  In fact, without these talents, they might be totally unaware of my speciality... which is why one should mention these things.
