10 Aug 2023 - In spite of the undeniable allure of my sun room and personal deck, I do enjoy time in the shorter peep's lap. There is always some other reason for her being seated, but I politely remind her that I am her first choice... and she concurs. And I don't object to her multi-tasking... as long as she adds the occasional head pat or chin scratch. Actually her picking up pen and paper lessens any guilt I might feel (okay, okay, a very tiny amount) in curling up for a nap. If only all my cushions were so warm and comfy!
